1. Can I return my order?

You can return your unworn product in 14 days from receiving the order. Check the return policy on "Returns" page

 

2. How did you come up with starting the brand?

In short, we always wanted to create clothes. The market lacked the perfect clothes for us, so we decided to translate our visions into products.

 

3. My product is faulty, what can I do in this situation?

Despite the extensive experience of our production team there is a minimal chance (less than 1%) of a product defect. If your product is faulty please contact us on contact@hillswear.com. Please include photos of defect, and describe it in the e-mail. Our products have 2 year warranty.

 

4. When will I get my order?

All regular orders are shipped within 1-3 working days, if your order hasn't been shipped after 3 working days please contact us on contact@hillswear.com.

 

5. Can I pay upon delivery?

We don't offer cash on delivery payment. You can pay via Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.

 

6. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. You can find full list of countries that we ship on "Shipping" page. Please contact us (contact@hillswear.com) if your country isn't on the list.

 

7. Can I change or cancel my order? 

Please send your request for order changes or cancellations to contact@hillswear.com. Any changes or cancellations are only possible until the order is shipped.

Unpaid orders are cancelled within a few hours of being placed.

 

8. What size should I choose?

You can find the size chart on "Size Chart" page. Please contact us via instagram (@hills.wear) or mail (contact@hillswear.com) if you have any questions with choosing your size.
