You have 14 days to return your order from the date of delivery. Below the form you will find rules and timelines for returns.
Important return information
- You can return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned products must be unused, clean, free of odors, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- The return cost is 15 PLN and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive your return at our warehouse.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the original order.

Complaints & warranty 🔄
All our products come with a 2-year warranty. Despite our high production standards, there is a very small chance (less than 1%) of a defect. If your product has turned out to be faulty, please contact us at store@hillswear.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect.
