Returns Policy
Domestic returns (Poland) 🇵🇱
We offer the possibility to return unworn products within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment. Thanks to our partnership with InPost, returns are now even simpler. Here’s how you can return your order in 3 easy steps:

Register Your Return: Visit https://szybkiezwroty.pl/pl/hills_wear or select the "Return" tab in the InPost app (choose Hills Wear). Fill in all the required fields.

Complete the Return Form: Download, print, and fill out the return form (download it here). Please note that our form is not the same as the one you fill out in the InPost app.

Prepare Your Package: Place the unworn product, the completed return form, and any freebies in the package. Drop it off at any InPost parcel locker (check the map of parcel lockers).
Important Information:
- Return Cost: The return cost is 15 PLN and will be deducted from the order amount.
- Product Condition: We only accept new, unworn products without signs of use.
- Return Form: Please ensure that the printed and completed return form is included in the return package. If you are unable to use a printer, kindly send the completed form in PDF format to the email address store@hillswear.com.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the same card or bank account used for payment. For payments made via PayPo/PayPal, the funds will be returned to the account used to make the payment.
- Refund Time: The refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the return shipment.
International Returns 🌍
If you wish to return a product from abroad, please complete the return form here and then send the package with the new, unworn product, return form, invoice, and freebies to the following address:

Complaints 🔄
Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty. Despite our extensive experience in production, there is a minimal risk of defects (less than 1%). If your product has a defect, please contact us at store@hillswear.com. Please describe the defect and include photos in your email.
